Omar Munie offers to conserve items placed in your shopping bag for 30 days on the same device.
Should you wish to preserve your shopping bag and access it from all your devices, please use the ‘save in my account’ functionality available within the shopping bag section.
If you have already signed in to your personal Omar Munie account, the items placed in your shopping bag are automatically preserved.
Omar Munie cannot guarantee the future availability of the pieces placed in your Wishlist or your shopping bag.

Omar Munie has put in place very strict security measures on the website in order to guarantee your personal information. Thus, the Omar Munie website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. Omar Munie does not maintain any credit card information.

Everybody can navigate on the Omar Munie website without registering personal information. However, when creating an account and ticking the Digital Communication box, a Omar Munie website member agrees to be contacted with invitations to the Omar Munie events, information on the brand and its products or customer satisfaction surveys. We offer free express shipping with all orders except for those delivered with a different shipping method. For orders placed via credit card, consider an extra working day for regular administrative checks to standard shipping times (for customers outside the Netherlands).

Can I have my item delivered to a store?
Yes and we can deliver to home and company address where someone is available to sign for the package upon delivery.
Can I have my package delivered to my mailbox?
For security reasons, all Omar Munie packages are personally delivered to their recipients. No package can be dropped off at a mailbox.
How can I track my order?
Omar Munie will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. We will then email delivery confirmation once we receive notification from our logistical partners that your purchase has been delivered.
Return & Exchange
What is the return policy of Omar Munie?
For online purchases, Omar Munie refunds the purchase price of merchandise that is returned in its original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original Omar Munie packaging and security return/exchange label intact and attached to the item. You must inform Omar Munie of your intention to return the merchandise within 14 days of the date of the delivery by directly returning the merchandise to Omar Munie together with the original invoice dully filled in.
You are provided with the free return label to return your purchase on your shipment. Refunds will be issued in the same form as was used for payment.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Omar Munie reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Omar Munie sole discretion.
Can I return an item that I bought online to Munie store?
You may return products purchased online at no charge in Munie store. The original invoice must be accompany by all returns.
How do you exchange an item with Munie?
In order to exchange an item, return the original item using the return instructions provided in Munie’s website. Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
Can I return a personalized item?
Withdrawals, cancelations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.

Upon paying with credit card, the transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping. At this moment, we only accept one form of payment per order, thus multiple methods of payment are not possible. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Order number and summary of your purchase details.
